Janell, my husband and I were referred to you by an old friend of ours and it took me several months to finally call you and we are just so thankful that we did.  Don is 73 and I am 68 and honestly we never knew much about how blue cross ins and prescription insurance works. We just signed up for it and never looked into changing anything after that. You opened our eyes to understand what we are paying for and how to get the most for our money. Most people like ourselves just switch over at 65 and do not have someone to guide us. You took the time to get to know us and did the research for what you could suggest was best for us. I loved the fact that you were emailing me late in the evening when it was your quiet time and you were supposed to be relaxing. You are like an angel for senior citizens who just do not know or understand how to protect ourselves. You talk in ways we could understand and took the time to explain everything that was never explained before. We feel as if we have known you for years and we understand this is your job but you take it to a whole new level. My husband and I signed up for Medicare Supplemental - Plan G (Blue Cross) through Integrity Insurance when we turned 65. It is the best decision we’ve ever made. I learned I had a benign brain tumor in June 2021 and had it removed after a 10 hour surgery. I spent 3 days in intensive care and was on multiple medications. It is August and we haven’t had to pay a dime towards this hospitalization and surgery! Between Medicare and Blue Cross EVERYTHING was paid for. We knew we were purchasing good coverage but what a pleasant surprise to have all medical bills paid in full. We highly recommend Integrity Insurance and their professional, friendly staff.
